Most booking websites and property owners are not equipped to handle leases over 30 days. If they do, the costs are astronomical with extra booking fees. Due to our knowledge of the community, prior investing experience, and an understanding of the need, we are happy to offer mid-term rental contracts on a month-to-month basis. 

 Our mid-term rental contracts are perfect for Health Care professionals, Construction & Utility workers, and professionals that are temporarily working in the area. We also work with individuals and families in need of temporary accommodations while transitioning to the area. 

**Pricing is based on availability and length of stay.**

We provide all of the same furnishings and amenities of short-term rentals so that you do not have to worry about moving in and moving out.
