Shanice ensures that everything is well stocked, clean, and comfortable for each guest. She is also responsible for managing guest relations and housekeeping services. She is an active mother of 2 beautiful girls and enjoys spending time enjoying everything Idlewild and Lake County has to offer.

Kenneth is an experienced real estate investor that has been providing transitional, Section 8, and long-term housing options to vulnerable populations in Lake County since 2007. He started Idlewild BNB so that family, friends, and visitors can experience and reimagine Idlewild as he did, growing up. When he's not working, he enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter.
